Agility

Agility is the ability to change the body's position efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, endurance and stamina.
It is must for all the sportsperson especially for badminton players because badminton is the fastest racquet game.There are several exercises to improve agility,i will tell you some here which i do:-
1.Sprints-Do sprints 3 days in a week.
2.Quick feet-Moving the feet foreword and backword as quick you can .
3.Side quick feet- Wide the legs and move feet in and out quickly
4.Catching Ball-Tell your friends to throw the ball in different directions and you try to catch them.
5.Back and go.-Move in back direction and instantly run foreword direction.
6.Cross-running-Put some check points in cross direction and you try to touch and run every check point.
7.Carioca-I think you will well known to carioca,it general exercise for all sports.
8.Stairs-Climb the stairs quickly.
